Q. Can you tailor or customize any of your products for my business?
A: Yes, we can add customized elements to many of our products when ordered in large quantities. Depending on your project's needs, the customization will be completed in-house or through a business partner. Q: Do you print a paper catalog?
A: No, as part of our commitment to the environment, Compendium no longer prints a paper catalog—but our consumer catalog will continue to be available online.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes, retail customers are welcome to place your order by phone. Orders placed online are processed as quickly as orders placed over the phone. Just call our service department at (800) 914-3327 and press “0” to speak with an associate.
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: Compendium accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Q: What are your standard shipping methods and rates?

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking information in the form of an email sent to the account you provided during checkout.

A: We're sorry, we cannot change or modify orders or shipping information once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do accept returns and will issue a full credit on all products returned in "resalable" condition, regardless of the reason. Items that are used, bent or otherwise damaged will not be eligible for credit. Please give us a call for more information on returning items.
Q: How can I find a store in my area that carries Compendium products?
A: Our products are carried by a variety of local gift shops, as well as some chain stores such as Papyrus, Franklin Covey, Swoozie’s and Fireworks. You can find the retailer nearest to you by using our Store Locator feature. We cannot be certain which of our products any given store carries, so please contact the store near you for product availability.
Q. Do you offer quantity discounts for premium or corporate incentives?

Q: Can you tell me more about your Positively Green® line of products?
A: Positively Green is a product line with greeting cards, notebooks, gift wrap and gift tags. All of these products are printed as "green" as possible: we use FSC-certified 100% post-consumer waste paper, soy inks and our printing is done at a press that gets their energy from wind-power. Not only do all of our products in this line have educational and informative green tips on how to reduce our environmental footprint, we also donate 10% of the profits to organizations that are working to protect our environment. Q: I'm looking for a book I found in Starbucks called 2: How will you create something beautiful together? I can no longer find it at any Starbucks location in my area. Do you sell it?
A: 2: How will you create something beautiful together? was a big hit and sold out in Starbucks very quickly. The special edition for Starbucks had a burgundy cloth cloth cover with "2" embossed on it. Our edition has a metallic silver cover with a large white "2" on it. The books have exactly the same content and the same paper quality. You are welcome to purchase the original edition directly from our website.
Q: Can I order Compendium products wholesale to sell in my own store?
A: Yes! Compendium has a variety of representative groups, and your sales contact will depend on your geographical location.
